NOTES: Lots of cosmetic wear and previous dent repair on this 18B. No size markings, but it is quite shallow. The shank has plating loss and is not completely round, but nothing to greatly affect playability.
Mouthpiece:Yes Herco mouthpiece is included. A Herco mouthpiece is also included.ĬASE: Yes functional condition but does have wear and tear from past use. The original case is included and is functional. The valves are very quick, smooth, and overall compression is not bad, age considering. The lacquer is mostly down to raw brass and has a nice patina remaining lacquer is dark colored, but will probably be short lived if used regularly. It has had repairs in the past, including on the bell flare and bow. The serial number, 515895, dates it to 1955. This vintage Conn 18B trumpet is in good playing condition as is and has plenty of life left to live.
